Premium Package – Recruiting together, with greater reach and quality
With our Premium Package, you get everything included in the Basic Package, combined with active job marketing, in-depth preselection and objective assessments via TalentTester. This package is ideal if you’re looking for more reach and time savings, while staying closely involved in your recruitment process.
What we add on top of the Basic Package
- Publication of your vacancy on external job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

Setup and management of targeted job advertisements on Meta and LinkedIn, including advice on the ideal advertising budget. (Media budget not included.)

Candidate preselection: after your initial selection, we screen up to five suitable candidates through CV review and intake interviews.

TalentTester assessments (Big Five and four-colour personality test) for the selected candidates, including clear reporting.

Up to 24 hours of monthly support per vacancy, allowing room for follow-up, adjustments and alignment.
Would you like us to also be present during follow-up interviews at your office? Of course, that’s possible. For this additional support, we simply apply our hourly rate of €75 per hour.
